Conditioning: 3 rounds
1 min KB swing 53/35
1min Ab mat sit-ups
1 min box jumps 24″/20″
1 min push-ups
1 min 50m sprints
Rest 1 minute
Keep a running total per round and add at the end. That number equals your score.
