Strength/Skill: Bench Press 3-3-3-3-3

Conditioning: For Time

20 Thrusters
20 Sumo deadlift high pull
20 Push Jerks
20 Overhead Squats
20 Front Squats

* At the beginning you will start with 4 burpees and on every minute do four more until all reps of each exercise are completed.

Weights:
Elite 95/65
Advanced 75/45
Novice 65/35
