Schedule Update!

Until we get more interest in morning classes we will be doing sign-ups for the 6am-9am slots. If you want to come to one of these hours just email, text, call or Facebook message me and I’ll be there! Thanks for all the support and encouragement over the last few days. It’s been super exciting to see some of you meeting your goals and doing things that you thought you couldn’t! Shout out to Clay Conner for getting his first kipping pull-ups yesterday! Keep up the good work everyone!
