Workout 9/3/13

Strength: Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3

Conditioning: “Tabata This”

Squats
Pushups
Ab-Mat sit ups
Pull-ups

8 rounds of each exercise. 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds rest between each round. One minute rest between each exercise. Keep lowest number per exercise. Add all four exercises for total score.
