20 Toes to Bar
10 Burpees
30 Kettlebell Swings 53/35
20 Ab-mat Sit-ups
10 Hand Stand Push-ups
30 Pull-ups
20 Air Squats
10 Pistols

*Cash out 100 Double-Unders/200 singles.

For those of you that are competing in the Halloween Throwdown October 26th we are doing some extra conditioning after the 6pm class. Bring your running shoes!
