Workout 10/8/13

Strength: 4 Rounds-2 Press/4 Push Press/6 Push Jerks @ 60-70% 1RM

Conditioning: “Deck of Cards”



Spades=Kettlebell Swings

Clubs=Wall Balls

Joker #1=20 Burpees

Joker #2=400m Run

We will have 20-25mins to get through the entire deck of cards. The number of the card dictates the number of reps for each exercise. Royal Suits=10 reps and Aces=11reps.
