Skill: Pistols 3×10

Conditioning: For Time “Ladder This.”

50 Double Unders
40 Air Squats
30 Ab-Mat Sit ups
20 Lunges
10 Burpees

* Work you’re way down the ladder and then back up. Time stops when you complete the second set of Double Unders.
