Strength: KB Lunge 3×10

Conditioning: 7 min AMRAP-Complete as many reps as possible in 7 mins following the scheme below:

3 Thrusters 95/65
3 Pull-ups
6 Thrusters
6 Pull-ups
9 Thrusters
9 Pull-ups
12 Thrusters
12 Pull-ups
15 Thrusters
15 Pull-ups
18 Thrusters
18 Pull-ups
21 Thrusters
21 Pull-ups

* This a timed workout. The object is to try and complete round of 21 and go on to 24. If you complete 24 go on to 27, etc.
