Conditioning: Toys for Tots Warrior Workout: Please bring a new, unwrapped toy for either a boy or girl for tomorrow’s workout.

Ab-mat Sit-ups
KB Swings 53/35
Air Squats

*32 total intervals of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. Eight for each movement. No rest in between exercises. Keep your lowest number of each exercise.
