The mission of the Vanquish Athletics High School Strength and Conditioning Program is to provide well-researched instruction and motivation to our young athletes. The program not only assists in the physical and mental development, but also allows its athletes to compete at the highest level while minimizing the risk and severity of injuries.

The philosophy of our Strength and Conditioning Program is to create complete athletes by developing explosive power, muscular strength, speed, flexibility, agility, and cardiovascular endurance. The program achieves these measured athletic qualities through the use of Olympic lifts, power lifting (i.e. bench, back squat, press) and exercises containing plyometric properties (i.e. box jumps, hurdle jumps, dot drills). High intensity interval training is incorporated; aiding in total body strengthening. Controlled recovery time, movement preparatory exercises, detailed body control, positioning critique methods and researched periodization are all incorporated in our methodology.

Our program is structured for teenagers grades 8-12. Every student athlete is given a fitness assessment to assist in goal development. The classes meet four times a week Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 3:30 to 4:30pm. Please contact us for more information.
