Vanquish Athletics is not your typical gym.

Vanquish incorporates a combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), endurance training, olympic lifting and strength/strongman training. Programs are developed for the individual or small group (5-10). Classes/sessions will always have dedicated time for execution of all movements and mobility as well. This type of functional training is scalable to all fitness levels and ensures that you get a great workout experience safely! All classes/sessions require a commitment of 1 hour. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity, improved metabolism, and the increased ability to burn fat. To maximize results I recommend training 2-3 days in a row followed by a rest day. This ensures proper programming, progression, and recovery.
